I wanted to update you on using the bite plate.

There is major difference between when i use it and when I don't use it.

Firstly, I am finding it relativty easy to get used to it. It doesn't hurt. I am sleeping fine with it. My wife says she doesn't hear me snoring and I don't wake up with a dry mounth and my wife complained. I guess its working!

I will set up an appointment for follow-up, including with the sleep laboratory, for when I get back from my trip after march 20.
